WTF!

US knows the new JAP govt wants to offload BIG TIME US$ holdings.

FEDS quickly announce: "...most likely out of recession".

Either you are in recession or out.

Can someone explain to me what is "MOST LIKELY OUT OF RECESSION"?

It means - to be confirmed at the later date or rather waiting for further announcement from the Japs.

In Technical terms, the recession was over.

But how and when the market and ground reality
will make it apparent , can take a few weeks, till
the new slew of relevant data comes out.

Ben Bernake was clear on this when he made the statement.

There is no reason to see ambiguity.

I do see ambiguity.

At least in their (both) body languages.

If someone can post the video of the announcement by Ben Bernake for all to see, it was not said confidently. You should have seen the "sidekick" face when the words "most likely out of recession" was uttered.

Check the video of the announcement.
