Happen to read the article in Sin Min (I think Sat issue) that rumours that there will be a new GRC to be formed in the North .... The new GRC will merge Nee Soon East, Central, probably South and some districts under the current Sembawang GRC and will be anchored by the current law minister, K. Shanmugam ...

This is the the most unbelievable rumour I heard so far ...
