As to make sure the Singapore citizens are well represented in the parliament, the new GRC format will be:
1. 50% woman 50% man, no transexuals (% negligible), gays/lesbos to be determined by further studies
2. 25% imported non-natural citizens, 75% singapore born citizens
3. 25% malay, 7% indians, and rest chinese,,,, mixed blooded will be calculated appropriately
4. 15% christians, 25% muslims and 10% hindus, 10% atheist and rest taoist/buddhist
5. 5% PhDs, 10% MBas, 35% graduates, 40% non-graduates, 10% degree-mill graduates
6. Age quota,,, 40% 0-35 y/o 50% 35-62 10% above 62 y/o
why stop at 1 ethnic minority in GRC,,,, probably look down on minority ability to secure a MP position?
