I interviewed a Gen Z NTU grad 2 years ago. She was articulate at the interview and shared how grateful she was to secure this job as most of her cohort were still unemployed or underemployed. After 1 year, she shared that she was bored, wanted to spread her wings, saved up enough to travel with her BF and then will look for a new job after she has exhausted most of her savings. She resigned w/o first securing another PME position. She said full-time work leaves her insufficient time to pursue her other interests.
