Naughty kids try to push huge plank off multi-storey carpark

This group of mischievous kids were seen attempting to push a huge wooden plank off the top of a multi-storey carpark.

The police, who were alerted by some residents, removed the plank safely, but the kids had disappeared by then.

If the plank had dropped, passers-by walking below could have been seriously injured, says STOMPer tcw.

This STOMPer, who sent in a video capturing the kids' dangerous act, says:

"A bunch of primary school pupils tried to push a huge plank off the top of a multi-storey carpark.

"Below the carpark is a walkway where people returning to their homes must pass through after getting off the bus.

"The police were informed but the kids disappeared after being alarmed by a resident who warned them of the danger they posed."

What I would have done was:

1. Called the school, the name of school is on the T shirts ( SENGKANG PRIMARY SCHHOL), speak to the disciplinary master, or the school operations Manager or the PRINCIPAL or the vice... tell them to come down!! They are responsible for the students..

2. Talk photos, take videos..

3. Call the Town council, they are responsible for the plank & the safety of the residents.

4. Call the police, they are responsible for the safety of the citizens..

If all the above start playing, 'pass the baton'....put the pictures or videoe on STUMP or YOU TUBE...

OK!, boys will be boys...we all have done our share of pranks, me inclusive, but we have the moral duty not to harm anyone will the pranks.....moral duty, that is what is lacking these days...

These are our FUTURE...look grim isn't!

Some kids with matches & candles ( no!, the did not burn down the gambling house!), burned part of the children play ground near where I lived once...:(
