Just call them stateless beggar Arabs. 'Palestinian' is a nonsense fabricated term. Palestine was an archaic name for that entire region, including Syria and Lebanon etc. Similar to 'Cathay' for China and 'Albion' for England.
This map was issued by National Geographic in 1947, one year before Nakba, there was no such thing called “Israel”.
