FSN258 Group A/B (Fukuoka) [payment: 620,000 yen]​

This study requires a 20-night clinic stay at a hospital in Fukuoka and one follow-up visits of about 2 hours. There will be a lot of free time during the stay and the hospital will provide wifi and meals. Tokyo residents are welcome to apply for this one. Airplane tickets and hotel will be provided for all hospital visits, including the screening session.

Screening/information sessions will be held in February. In addition to having all transportation and hotel covered, participants who attend a screening session will also receive an additional 8,000 yen, as well as a free health check. It is fine to attend the session with no obligation to participate in the trial.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

Healthy adult
Age between 18 - 55
BMI between 18.5 - 29.9
Non-smoker (for at least the past 6 months)

SCHEDULE (in Fukuoka, transportation and hotel provided):

Group 1:

Clinic Stay: Feb. 27 - Mar. 19 (check in at 9 AM on the 27th, leave around noon on the 19th)

Follow-up visit: Mar. 22 (9:00 AM - 12:00 noon)

Group 2:

Clinic Stay: Mar. 3 - Mar. 23 (check in at 9 AM on the 3rd, leave around noon on the 23rd)

Follow-up visit: Mar. 26 (9:00 AM - 12:00 noon)

but I think maybe because of commercial secrecy they never reveal. i examine the website and it looks legit ... it just says testing for new drugs etc...

My take is that we should only consider to go for trials for any medical conditions that we are having and ongoing having treatments.
Sg has many different types of trials.
There is no point to be hero to trial for others.
Trial for ourself.
Eg many times when I go for any medical appt , they will ask whether we are keen to trial this trial that. The trials are rather worth considering as those new medicine or jabs etc may help me improve my condition, instead of continuing relying on the old technology.
