A quantity surveyor who caused the death of a pedestrian was fined $6,000 and banned from driving for three years on Friday.

Yuen Chun Chin, 44, admitted that he failed to keep a proper lookout while driving along South Bridge Road, colliding into Madam Yeo Chiaw Hoon, 56, and causing her death on Dec 16, 2010.
