Motorcycles misuse PMD parking spots at Orchard Gateway.

LTA should monitor the situation and fine the building owner for poor management of PMD parking spots when building owners receive $$$ benefits for providing PMD parking spaces etc.

Building owners also need to remove junk or abandoned PMDs from their premises or taking up parking spaces unnecessarily.
