Mother turns MRT platform into dumping ground for baby's diapers

STOMPer Pandora was shocked when she saw this mother changing her daughter at the MRT platform and conveniently leaving the soiled diaper on the platform.

Such litter behaviour is inconsiderate and appalling, says the sender.

In an email dated October 17, STOMPer Pandora says:

"At about 1:40pm today, I was waiting for the train at Bishan Circle Line platform.

"I was shocked to witness the lady in the picture taking off her daughter's soiled diaper off and throwing it onto the MRT platform.

"I have circled in red the soiled diaper which she left.

"What kind of inconsiderate behaviour is this?"
