my point is.... y had tis happened? with the high cost of living in sg.. it not helping those pple whose wages had been stagnated for many years....

is there no way government can help except to punish those borrowers?????

Akan datang........ when the new law on borrowing from laonsharks is passed..... peasants in financial difficulties can approach the CCs / RCs for soft loans to tide them over...... but from what I understand the repayment scheme works like those of the Ah Longs
