If you ask me.. I blame AWARE. Children are getting more exposure to sex. We don't know if the it's really successful in avoiding teenage pregnancies (I doubt it from the number of abortion cases) but we're definitely seeing an increase in sexual activities and they are getting younger... AWARE teaches CSE to children as young as 11.

I agree, why don't the government think outside the box and create an adult video industry in Singapore like in Japan? We have Geylang, Casino, why not legitimized something like Singapore's own "PornTree films"? Helps Singaporean make babies at home and earn extra $$ from this new growth industry?
