PEASANTPORE — For Jane Austen inspired unvaccinated peasants in Peasantpore whose work cannot be performed from home, merchants can opt to sack them as a last resort from 1 January next year.
Such Jane Austen inspired trouble makers can be terminated with notice in accordance with their employment contracts, according to a workplace advisory updated on Saturday (23 October) by the Serfpower Lackeys(MOM).
"If termination of employment is due to peasants’ inability to be at the workplace to perform their contracted work, such termination of employment would not be considered as wrongful dismissal and deemed fair by Ruler Loong. Oh peasants, tremble and obey thy Vaccine Edict!," the lackeys clarified.
This comes as the Wuhan Plague sex taskforce announced on Saturday that from 1 January next year, dogs and unvaccinated peasants who resist the vaccine cannot return to the workplace unless they pay heaps of peanuts to do their own Wuhan Plague tests.
All unvaccinated peasants, deemed as Jane Austen rebels, will not be allowed at the workplace unless they have a negative pre-event testing result, which must be valid for the duration that they are required to be present at the premises. The tests are to be done at their own expense and own time outside of working hours.
However, as part of retail politicking, the Serfpower lackeys stressed that termination should be a last resort for merchants because Jane Austen rebels will use this to take pot shots at the regime. Merchants may allow these troublemaker peasants to continue in their existing jobs with pre-event testing done.
Merchants can also consider redeploying these peasants to suitable jobs which can be done from pigeonholes, with lower stipends due to their rebellious nature or get them to take no-pay leave. Such working arrangements "are just for wayang and merchants should sarpok Ruler Loong's Vaccine Edict at all subtle costs".
"We have many more punitive to deal with those peasants who think Jane Austen's ideas can work here in Asiatic Peasantpore, they must remember this is no Europe or any Nordic cuntry", the Serfpower lackeys reminded everyone.
For peasants who are certified to be medically ineligible for vaccines under the national vaccination edict, merchants may consider allowing them to work from home if they are able to do so but still opt to fire them if it is impossible and foreign serfs are pliant and cheaper, the lackeys added.
Their absence from the workplace shall affect the assessment of their performance as they have the balls to balk Ruler Loong.
Similarly for such employees, merchants can redeploy them to silly work-from-home assignment, or exempt them from pre-event testing requirements or brand them with a 'No Vaccine' mark on them when they are required to work onsite to shame them.
The Serfpower lackeys strongly encouraged pregnant employees to be vaccinated with the vaccines under the national vaccine edict as soon as possible.
The lackeys urged merchants to give special advice and harass pregnant peasant serfs subtly so that they cannot mount any legal challenge.
As of 17 October, 70 per cent of firms in Peasantpore have attained 100 per cent vaccine coverage for their workforce, with 96 per cent of the total workforce trembling and obeying Ruler Loong's Vaccine Edict.
"A fully vaccinated workforce allows us to send infected peasants to die in their pigeonholes and free up hospital beds to boost public health profits. Ruler Loong finds it difficult justify why he must spend money on peasants who rejected his hastily approved vaccines. The regime reserves the right to take more punitive actions against unvaccinated peasants, say deny them from public transport," said the Serfpower lackeys.
