I understand Iras needs to be prudent about collecting taxes, but it also has to be proactive and adjust the annual values of properties downwards, in line with the market.

You can see along Holland area so many banners and no takers....

Who says property prices are down? Go see Holland area and Bukit TImah - they are thinking that foreigners and Indonesians still coming in to buy....
