[新頭殼newtalk] 今（28）日下午4時，南韓將歷史性試射自主研發火箭「NOORI號」，耗資1兆9572億韓元（約新台幣535億元）的這項航太計畫，將在300秒內決定是否能實現「宇宙強國之夢」。
韓國航空航天研究院在8月時將試射的KSLV-2火箭（名為NOORI號）模擬試驗箭運上發射台。模擬試驗箭在尺寸上雖與實際發射的火箭一樣，但無法發射，僅用於試驗和檢查。昨日下午，數十名工程師於全羅南道高興郡的羅老宇宙中心發射場，立起長25.8公尺的火箭，並且進行檢驗與彩排，為今日的試射做準備。

此次試射是自2013年1月南韓成功發射「羅老號」後，時隔5年10個月進行的宇宙火箭發射。但由於「羅老號」的火箭是由俄羅斯製造的，因此被韓國媒體批評是「半截韓國火箭」。而這次「NOORI號」採用了本國研製的發動機，有望成為「真正的韓國火箭」。
「NOORI號」（KSLV-2）是韓國研製的第一種三級運載火箭，採用了本國研製的75噸級火箭發動機。與兩級火箭「羅老號」（KSLV-1）不同。三級火箭在進行分離時需要更精密的技術。「NOORI號」長46.5米，重達200噸，與「羅老號」(長33米、重142噸)相比更長、更重。一級火箭的推力將達到300噸，遠遠大於「羅老號」。

[New head shell newtalk] At 4 o'clock in the afternoon of this (28th), South Korea will test the self-developed rocket "NOORI", which cost 1,1,957 billion won (about NT$5,550,000). It will be decided within 300 seconds whether or not the "dream of a cosmic power" can be realized.
The Korean Aerospace Research Institute will test the KSLV-2 rocket (named NOORI) in August to simulate the test arrow on the launch pad. The simulated test arrow is the same size as the actual rocket, but it cannot be launched and is only used for testing and inspection. Yesterday afternoon, dozens of engineers set up a 25.8-meter-long rocket at the Ronald Cosmos Center launch site in Lok Nam Road, Jeollanam-do, and conducted inspections and rehearsals to prepare for today's test.

According to Wu Shengxie, head of the Development Agency of the Propagation Organization of the Korea Aerospace Research Institute, "All the investments of more than 200 researchers and cooperative engineers are ready, and now only the work to confirm performance in actual flight is left."
The test launch was a cosmic rocket launch that took place five years and 10 months after South Korea successfully launched the "Luo Lao" in January 2013. However, since the Rocket's rocket was made in Russia, it was criticized by the Korean media as "half Korean rocket." This time, the "NOORI" uses a domestically developed engine and is expected to become a "real Korean rocket."
The "NOORI" (KSLV-2) is the first three-stage launch vehicle developed by South Korea, using a 75-ton rocket engine developed in the country. It is different from the two-stage rocket "Luo Lao" (KSLV-1). Three-stage rockets require more sophisticated technology for separation. The "NOORI" is 46.5 meters long and weighs 200 tons. It is longer and heavier than the "Luo Lao" (33 meters long and 142 tons). The thrust of the first-class rocket will reach 300 tons, far greater than the "Luo Lao".
