STOMPer Laurence spotted this monk queuing up with other punters at a 7-Eleven outlet. He claims the monk was placing bets on the World Cup.

Well, when divine revelation happen on which team or horses will win, it still require human intervention to place the bet, draw the winning number or win the game (if World Cup Soccer bet), and human to collect the winnings.
