SINGAPORE'S newest fighter jets are back on home soil and were yesterday inaugurated into the Republic of Singapore Air Force's 149 Squadron.

Five of the 24 F-15SGs bought by Singapore flew in from the United States on March 29 after a five-day journey over the Pacific Ocean.

During the 13,500km trip here, the jets were refuelled in mid-air several times and made two stops en route. The total flying time was 20.5 hours

Standard replies:
- Can welfare save you if Malaysia turns off the tap?
- Can welfare save you if Indonesia tries to invade again?
- With readiness for warfare, we're safer.
- Too much welfare, you'd get lazier.

The answer is simple.
Warplanes can help to protect the wealth, family members, and assets of the elites.
Welfare can only help the poor and needy.
If it were you, which would you choose?

So as to justify multi-million-dollar pay cheques for the paper generals since they are pegged to a certain % of the 'assets' they are 'managing'?

You must be crazy to put this question to PAP. They're wealthy and in power. What do you think?
