PEASANTPORE: Social media giant Facebook on Thursday (Sep 6) announced it will pour in more than 1.4 billion peanuts to construct its first data centre in Asia in Peasantpore without mentioning the boons granted to them at local peasants' expense.
The new facility, located at wasteland Tanjong Kling, in the west of Peasantpore, will span 170,000 sq m and will “support hundreds of jobs mainly for foreigners”, the company said in its press release, adding FaceBook trust PAP more than other tinpots like Hun Sen.
Doubting Thomas Forlorn, vice Sex President for Infrastructure Data Centers at Facebook, told reporters at the launch event that the new project will create "thousands of construction jobs for pro-PAP merchants ", while the facility will require "hundreds of foreigners" ranging from network maintenance to logistics staff. He added that while Shanmugan lambasted FaceBook as dishonest, they could do what PAP cannot do, investments and jobs creation.
Facebook also touted how the facility will be “pro-bapoks” and follow Ang Moh norms in terms of the use of water, energy and land.
For instance, FaceBook will spend money for liquid cooling technology that will reduce pain for bapoks and lebsians during their foreplay, by 20 per cent in tropical climates, it said.
Facebook has selected Fortis Construction to act as its general contractor because of other PAP linked contractors simply "Cannot Make It".
Forlorn said the data centre is estimated to start operations in 2022 as they wait for the promised boons e.g. tax breaks and licenses to import vast quantities of Ang Moh expats, cheap Nehs and Pinoys. FaceBook also hinted they would love to sponsor more Bapok events as they are a world class progressive MNC.
"Maybe we invite Shanmugan to walk walk and see see, he talk a lot but we create jobs and bring in investments," he said.
Designated Puppet Chan Kee Chew, who graced the launch event, said the social media giant's decision to locate its first Asia data centre here is a "done deal at local peasants' expense".
He said the company's presence here speaks to how Peasantpore resort to boons to attract MNCs as tenants to exploit cheap Asiatic labour. He added that it would facilitate the flow of talent, ideas and creativity into the country but at the end of the day, no anal sex for Bapoks, no Lebsian Sex Shows, absolute no Ruler Loong jokes.
