How did these men get on Ritz Carlton's rooftop during NDP?

STOMPer Kelvin saw these two men smoking on the rooftop of the Ritz Carlton Hotel at 6pm during the National Day Parade on August 9 and wondered who they were and how they got up there.

He said:

"I saw this two men up on Ritz's rooftop smoking and taking photos at 6pm during National Day.

"Not sure who these two guys were, but the question of national security comes to mind.

"If anyone could get up there, they could easily create damages as it would be easy to 'throw' something to the floating platform where all our ministers are sitting."

KNN this poster really got something wrong in him. He was the one that got problem in his brain!

What's wrong with smoking? What make him think the smoking guy will throw ciggie butt down? And he even brought in a major arguement like security to support his case! :oIo:
