Really an idiot government. 1980 when they introduced vocational attachment, parenst were already unhappy. Then they refused to recognise well know medical colleges around the world literally protecting the local elites, then they refused to increase intake.

When they allowed foreign trained foreigners and ended having a pinoy doctor killing a patient did they finally wake up.
