For example, an engineer can suddenly become investment guru and proceed to lose billions, but that's still meeting KPIs as far as the PAP is concerned.
For the rest of Singaporeans, even when you are trained and experienced, you suddenly become worthless when you turn 40.
So vote out the PAP or perish.
