On a related note, Sg Govt keeps trying to raise taxes on sugary foods in 'War on Diabetes', when they really should be doing is setting policies & laws on adjusting school & work hours, because chronic sleep deprivation raises your risk of diabetes even more than sugary foods, and almost all Singaporeans are chronically sleep deprived (especially students, who suffer long-term sleep deprivation damage manifesting in diabetes a decade or so later).
