As I previously shared here on the forum, seeing deep intense blue LED lights (eg. as used by some shops in Singapore) instantly gives me a weird kind of terrible headache, hurting both my brain and my eyes. And now new medical research shows your lifespan is cut short by exposure to blue LED lights, even if you can't see it! Welcome to physical incarnation.

(Note : I could post a deep intense blue pic here for your screen to shine at you for illustration purposes, but I'm a man of good ethics & cosmoethics I am)

So can’t watch tv also?

Normal TV is fine. The problem comes from the more intense, bright, deep blue colors (eg. if you self-sabotagingly choose your PC / handphone wallpaper or OS interface colors to be bright deep intense blue), or worse, actually install such intense, bright, deep blue colored LED bulbs at home or (lagi worse) in you bedroom while you sleep!
