And if he agrees to the above-mentioned, he will be out of jail and return to his normal training camp somewhere and also he will be made head coach of the swimming team to lead sg to the next higher level in paralympic games.

How about putting him in Charge of Outward bound School teaching the people survival technique.

They should get him to train the Commandos and SOF, his survival skills and his evasive techniques are unprecedented.

Imagine if he's from 1st CDO, he was caught, imprisoned and injured in some hostile land. Yet he somehow manages to escape, survive in the forest while eluding detection from the whole country which is on alert with several battalion of men (military, police, dogs, customs) running after him. He even manages to swim across one of the most guarded seas with PT boats and heat sensors.

Typically, in a military scenario, he would have been awarded a Medal of Honor and a Purple Heart and perhaps a Distinguished Service Cross.

It's either he's really that good or the protectors of this land are totally useless.

Sounds like a scene out of Behind Enemy Lines, except our version had half of the country's resource after him.
