Marina sands given licence even though it did not fullfull requirement - tnp

Lau lee must have bang table or else marina sands will never get to open yesterday. Reported in today TNP page 13 that marina sands did not fulfull the requirement that it has to be 50% operational rule, but yet given the casino licence. TNP reporter visited the MBS and wrote that only 1/3 of hotel rooms are ready, less than half of retail are open, skybridge and theatres still under construction, so where got 50% in operation? Guess what MBS boss Sheldon say? - "We this based on our own calculation".... WTF, base on MBS own calculation???!!! Then what is the Casino Regulatory Authority (CRA) for? KNN it should be based on CRA calculation, not MBS calculation...if like dat then might as well closed down CRA and let MBS and RWS issue their own licence...KNN...best part is the reply from STB who say..well...if MBS say it is 50%, then it must be so lah....KNNBCCB.....THE WHOLE DAMN FUCKING THING STINKS...:oIo::oIo::oIo:
