20 Apr 2010 has quietly come and gone. There are is now less than 1 week to 27 Apr 2010. There has been no news, no fanfare and no prelim VIP visit.

Increasingly likely that the Marina Bay Sands will NOT be opening on 27 Apr 2010.

The Sands will open in batches. I have been to the retail shops still not ready but the convention hall sector is more or less ok, just that the surrounding isn't a pleasant view.

Was over at sentosa and pop by to Universal studio for a look see around 12...not impress at all at the crowd...of so many ticketing booth only two was open selling tickets and no queues whatsoever...

Why would anyone want to go Universal Studio?
1. Too hot/humid
2. Overprice
3. Too less attraction not worth it.

I expect only half of the population/less will visit theme park. Many or 80% only will visit once time no repeated customer. Even HK disney cannot make money and almost 90% visitor are PRC.
