Marina Barrage maybe the cause of Singapore Flooding!!!

Somehow I believed as some of the bros here says the flooding is cause by the Marina Barrage.

Cause excess water is flowed into the canal then goes towards the sea. But when the Marina Barrage is sealed, excess water is flowed towards Marina Barrage, but since it is sealed, the excess water will overflow back.

Am I rite???

If I am rite, then the real culprits that caused the flooding in Singapore is the fucking bastards PAP ministers.
