Many doctors have shown their ambitious sides by arming themselves with MBAs.
Why do doctors need MBAs? Is not a doctor suppose to heal and not make money or ambitiously climb up the corporate ladder?
Its very difficult to trust a doctor with an MBA in a corporation. By getting an MBA, it reveals the doctors' "ambitious" nature. Why an MBA? Why not further your medical skills? Are you a doctor or mercenary?
There is a group of young doctors in their 30s and early 40s in the midst of a "COUP de Tate" at a large organization. These young turks have gone to plan and put their own people at the helms wherever possible. Extremely detrimental for this organization.
This is very alarming for this organization but the FT investors are GOONDus if they cannot see what these young turkeys are doing. The "mastermind" is not even the top guy amongst the youg turks although very close.
Luckily for others in the organization, there are still a few very old and noble doctors and administrators at the very top watching these young turkeys create havoc.
