for that matter , has any western countries do that ?

The practice of medicine is very top down.

The truth is all doctors have to follow guidelines issued from the top. Directives issued from the authority. There is no agreeing or disagreeing. You follow or you face disciplinary action if a complaint came in.

Thats a fact.

Now whether or not thise directives and guidelines are correct or not is not something for low level foot soldiers to decide.

It is almost like the military.

You ever see private or corporal go against orders of general? Court martial.

So the private and corporals have to trust that the generals are making the right decisions.

thats very true . i know one 60+ year old guy with only one kidney. we were discussing about how to stay healthy. this was some 6 , 7 years ago.
even with one kidney , he looked in the pink of health. the colour of his face and hands has a tint of pale red.
he said he takes fruits juice + honey every morning , as advised by his doctor. 3 types of fruits+ honey blend together
the doctor MADE SURE that he would not tell anyone this method is from him ,else he would be in trouble with SMC.
