Vladivostok, Russia: The key challenge for the Peasantpore's Hundred Flowers Campaign will be that of shutting down dissenter, said Ruler Loong.
The conversation, he added, is not different from the regime's previous wayang attempts at engaging stupid peasants.
"The last one was Remaking Peasantpore for Familee, which was 10 years ago. I think our peasants were dumber but now we have entire 2 generations using Internet and New Media to poke fun at me huh," said Ruler Loong.
In the "Our Hundred Flower Campaign, Peasantpore Version", "we encourage new generation of dissenters to speak up, then we create a black list and deal with them systematically," he added.
"I just studied how Putin is able to overcome the 2 term president law, this Putin very smart so i ask a few tips from him and he only point to using Butcher Mao's trick to fleece peasants and punish dissenters rutheless," sneered Ruler Loong.
Spearheading the national conversation is a 26-member committee, comprising a team of pro-regime lackeys, minions and other 'por lumpars'.
Ruler Loong said that in choosing the committee, the government tried to be exclusive, dissenters need not apply.
Ruler Loong was speaking to Peasantpore ISD agents pretending to be reporters in Vladivostok, Russia where he attended the APEC rulers' meeting.
