Man sleeps comfortably on bus and deprives others of seats

A STOMPer was shocked when he spotted this man on a bus making himself comfortable by lying across a row of seats and sleeping.

In an email to STOMP yesterday (Nov 14), the STOMPer said:

“I saw this today on bus service 2.

“This man is very rude and inconsiderate.

“People who want seats can’t get one because this man is occupying them all.”

“I think it's also highly embarrassing that someone would actually do this to relax on a bus.”

the bus commander (bus driver) is not performing his duty. He can correct the man, and if he resist, can drive him to one of the police station.

If you look clearly at the surroundings, you will notice that there are empty seats around. Although it is unsightful to sleep like that, I doubt that there is no seat around.

Without knowing other facts, we shld not be quick to judge. For example, these facts are unknown:

a. is it already the last bus? or is bus returning to depot?
b. what time is it?
c. is the bus already very empty due to the time?

So if the bus is almost empty except for the stomper and this gecko, why make a big fuss? I think some stompers have nothing better to do, and can't stand others doing things they don't do.
