A MAN in Singapore was so eager to part with his wife that he pasted the divorce papers on the door of their house, while she was away in Malaysia to care for her ailing father.
The wife, identified as Madam Wang, 52, saw the papers upon her return home.
"He asked his lawyer to inform me that the divorce papers are ready and I am supposed to return to Singapore to sign it," China Press quoted her as saying.

Madam Wang said she caught her husband once with another woman, who is the mistress of his employer.
"Instead of saying sorry, she insulted me by calling me a piece of trash which nobody wanted," she said.
Madam Wang said she and her husband, who is a lorry driver, had been married for 16 years.
