Well its finally here. Thanks to the website http://dsrwproject.com/ a.k.a. Deep Space Radio Wave Project which had a kryptonian clock countdown concluding today, 12/11 at noon, the Man of Steel's second trailer was released. Originally to be released at the premiere of "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" in theaters on December 14th. Man of Steel arrives three days early and no one is complaining.
The trailer shows a young Clark Kent looking to his parents for guidance and Superman's journey to find his place on Earth. The trailer does not give away any major plot points and shows a bunch of action but, in no way thankfully does it give us the whole movie in its 2:33 running time. After viewing the first trailer way back at San Diego Comic-Con many fans had there doubts. The movie looked like a fisherman trying to find his way in life. This writer can say that after viewing this trailer Warner Bros. and Zach Snyder has us excited for Superman again. Man of Steel will be released in theaters June 14th.
