SINGAPORE - A man who walked into a neighbour's flat wearing only his boxer shorts and held her body against her will was sentenced to six months' jail for outrage of modesty and trespass on Friday.
The court heard that New Chee Kean, 27, had left his Marine Terrace flat to have an early morning cigarette when he noticed a door ajar at a unit along the common corridor.
Wearing his underwear, New entered and walked into the bedroom to find the 39-year-old victim watching a video on her phone just before 7am on Feb 17 last year.
The victim said New was standing so close that she could feel his body heat.
