A man was jailed for six months on Wednesday for slashing another man with a chopper.
Chong Seow Fook, 42, a renovation worker, was drinking with two friends at Block 462 Choa Chu Kang Avenue 4 on July 9, 2010 when the victim, Mr Ngadi Anak Malaka, 33, joined them.
While drinking, the victim, a Malaysian kitchen assistant, challenged Chong to a game of arm wrestling with him.
Chong lost.
