Man gets corrective training, caning and driving ban

A former part-time delivery attendant who repeatedly reversed his car into a police patrol car and committed several other offences was given seven years' corrective training on Wednesday.
Mohamad Fazel Hamzah, 31, was also ordered to be given 15 strokes of the cane and banned from driving for one year.
He admitted last month to eight charges - causing hurt to a public servant, rash act, vandalism, drug and traffic-related offences as well as robbery with hurt.
The court had postponed sentencing pending corrective and preventive detention reports.
