Man charged with molest of girl, 14

A CRANE operator was charged in court on Thursday with molesting a 14-year-old girl at a multi-storey carpark.
Mohamad Rizuan Rahim, 28, is believed to have outraged the modesty of female victims after luring them with online job offers.
He is accused of touching the girl inappropriately at the third level of the multi-storey carpark at Block 657 Jurong West Street 65 on July 10.
A police statement said that Rizuan was arrested near Lakeside on July 12 after the girl had made a police report and after extensive inquiries.
He was remanded for investigation as he is believed to be involved in other cases. Rizuan will be back in court on July 21.
If convicted, he faces a jail term of up to two years or fine or caning or any combination of such punishments.
