Man caught on camera 'dumping cat' into rubbish bin

The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) is appealing for more information on a video posted on YouTube which apparently shows a man dumping a cat into a rubbish bin.
Its appeal, posted on Facebook on Wednesday morning, has garnered more than 60 comments from outraged netizens.
The video - taken from closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage - was posted on YouTube and citizen journalism website Stomp on Tuesday by Miss Chee Siew Luan, an administrative assistant at the James Tan Veterinary Centre in Whitley Road.
She also made a police report.
