Anyone caught using drugs or vapin g in my village by Lake Victoria Uganda is brought before me and then depending on the circumstances the worst case druggie is beaten on his legs and knees so that the next time he thinks of taking drugs he will leemember the thrashing he received first.

My colleague recounted the experience of his son who vaped with friends on a trip to JB. In the early hours of the morning, his son walked unsteadily to the washroom at home, and collapsed. He kept muttering nonsense and had to be helped back to his bedroom.
