A dispute over a parking space last Saturday at Brighton Crescent in Serangoon Gardens turned ugly and led to the arrest of one man.
The argument between Mr Donald Pan, 29, and his neighbour started over a recycling bin which the latter used to demarcate the boundary of his house.
During the altercation, Mr Pan said his neighbour drove his BMW into Mr Pan’s father’s car, denting and scratching it.
The neighbour then went into his house, emerged with a golf club, and had to be restrained by his own family members.
