A man has been charged with scheming with another to stage a break-in at a food court in Pasir Ris.
Tan Tien Poh, 31, was a manager of Asli Village Food Court at Downtown East when he allegedly conspired with one Roszamri Ma'arof, 27, a chef, to stage a $45,000 housebreaking and theft at the premises on Jan 24.
