Man accused of filming 13-year-old girl charged

SINGAPORE: A 30-year-old man, who allegedly filmed a 13-year-old girl when she was changing in her room, has been charged with insult of modesty.

He allegedly committed the offence in a flat in Bukit Batok on the afternoon of 13 May 2010.

Channel NewsAsia understands that the video has been deleted.

The accused will appear in court again on December 27.

If convicted, he could be jailed up to a year and fined.
