Malays in jiu hu have lost their way. I need to save them.

I went to KL and I saw Malays or Indian little girls doing Chinese dance. This is called united diversity of ethnics. Very proud of Malaysia. Singapore is so backward.

You want all Malays to renounce Islam like you've done yourself?

There's more ethnic integration in the Malaysia than in Singapaore, especially in the kampungs, despite their Bumiputra policy.

Our CMIO policy has failed utterly. A whole generation of Singaporeans have grown up without a single close minority friend and not knowing how to speak the national language. The young Malays themselves are losing proficiency in their own language while becoming more obsessed with religious ritual and dress (where are the Malay cikgus in kebaya we used to see in the '60s and '70s). Our local Indians are looking increasingly to their motherland Bharat for economic and marital opportunities, showing increasing intolerance towards the Chinese and especially Malays/Muslims (like @duluxe).

The day the PAP started mowing down the kampungs and rehousing everyone in HDB estates was the day the rot started.

Malaysian Indian can speak Mandarin and Chinese dialect, the Malays too. I encountered a Malaysian Indian study in Chinese school. She spoke like a Taiwanese.

My Hakka contractor from Seremban speaks fluent Tamil to his workers because he grew up in an Indian Kampung. In Chinese predominant areas, many Indian and some Malay parents send their children to Chinese-medium schools. An example is the famous Malaysian singer Mohan who was schooled in a Chinese school in Ipoh and won many Chinese singing contests.

In the old days of bumi policy, this was a very delicate issue wrt higher education with limited public universities.
But today, there are numerous private universities that cater to those unable to get into their choice of courses. Plus all those who got a placement, gets automatic student loan if they cannot afford the fees. So tensions have eased.
What Jiu hu need to do now is to stop banks from giving loan to developers and focus on industries and start ups. I just cannot imagine who would buy homes on those numerous condos going up.plus more research and development grants.

they must be from more humble backgrounds, forced by financial circumstances.

The Chinese in Malaysia are effectively ruling Malaysia through their corrupted proxies (Sultans and politicians). A lot of state businesses, incentives and contracts eventually fall into the hands of these people. Most Malays in Malaysia are kind souls but the Chinese deemed themselves as superior overlords over them. You can see how the Chinese in Malaysia humiliates and insults their Malay employees and subordinates, calling them "malay pigs" in dialects.
