Why wouldn't he? He sent his sick son to China (of all places) to receive organ transplant surgery using illegally harvested organs. That prolonged his life for a teeny weeny bit. Daulat Tuanku is a China/CCP cocksucker. Look at all the Tiong money developments in JB while he was the Johor sultan.
