Mah Pook Gai Purposely Donch want to build 5-Room PHoles to show that PHoles are still 'affordable'. Yet the price of a 3-Room PHole is even more than that of a 5-Room PHole a few years ago. Furthermore, only Sell Country Thieves feel that 3-Room Flats are great palaces to start a family in. And one more thing, by forcing Sporns to be squeezed into 3-Room PHoles, he can import more trash to fill in the spaces!

The Build-to-Order project, which houses 1,072 units, opened for applications on June 30.

As of Tuesday evening, the 5-room units saw 12 times the number of applicants.

The smaller units are also favoured, with 4-room units in demand at a ratio of 10 applicants to 1 unit.

With the closing deadline looming next Tuesday, analysts said applications for the bigger flats will keep streaming in.

Last time got a lot of empty flats, people don't want to buy.

Now Marlboro angry liao make the supply less than demand.

Not only jerk up the price and also make many local people unable to get a flat coz the resale one even more pricy.

Very revengeful this hainum kia.
