Tassiebabe claims to have seen the driver of an LTA vehicle smoking in his vehicle before throwing the cigarette butt out of the vehicle and onto the road.
Upset by this, the STOMPer asks if it is fair that the authorities are usually so hard on the people that they catch littering on the streets.
Tassiebabe says:
“The authorities are going around looking for litterbugs and issuing fine tickets. Some officers don’t give you a chance to explain even you have accidentally dropped it without realising.
“Looking at the picture, is this fair?”
