Of course, KK can use medisave to give birth but the time to wait is worst than PAP polyclinics.
Private hospitals only allow deduct 40 % medisave for your wife to give birth.
So you see, if you are poor, you have to wait like hell at KK.
You know who are those waiting at KK ?
Go see yourself at KK…..PAP encourage more babies like this ? Have babies also very jialat.
So only the rich have babies is better in Sinkapore.
