To me, this year’s Budget is a progressive one that prepares our workers for the future as we emerge from the pandemic; and at the same time, help our workers cope with current challenges especially on cost of living. What strikes me most is that this year's Budget, with the plethora of macro measures, puts “YOU” at the centre of it – Singaporeans, not just the current generation but future generations. Amidst all the complexities of the world and intricacies of policies, if we distil it down, it's building on the foundation of Singapore, charting our way forward together towards a sustainable, fairer and inclusive nation for Singaporeans.

At the The Straits Times-The Business Times Budget 2022 Roundtable, Finance Minister Lawrence Wong, Mr Suan Teck Kin from UOB, Prof Sumit Agarwal from National University of Singapore and I had a robust dialogue on this year's Budget.

Not just YOU, but future Singaporeans. Potential Singaporeans. Singaporean core. Word play better than fore play. :cautious:

My uncle doesn't like the term he used "our workers" ours is who's? His? My uncle or some people is not part of it. Sounds like enforcing my uncle to be in it. Hence fucking bastard ng chee meng.

I am not an expert on Budget 2022. I have doubt on the expectation of revenue forecast. Beside the ridiculous joker smile in the Batman Movie. When and how do we know next year if it falls below the revenue forecast. I do not see them report last year's budget result before this budget.
Can it be true, no qualified budget scrutiny on Budget 2021 performance. And there will be none for 2022 performance

That YOU means us get fucked left right and centre. What does carbon tax got to do with me ? U mean I fart ten times a day contribute alot to carbon emission ? PAP should remove the bloody Jurong island.

This guy interprets the term "inclusive" to mean "including those who lose elections".

This is what you get for having a 'tripartite mafia' masquerading as a labour union.

Put his mother's cheebye!!!
Why is this loser still talking?
Fuck his mother!

Also the budget puts "You" in the centre because everybody pays the increasred GST.

The pappies are in cahoots with the WEF and their Davos masters. They have a plan and a blueprint.

And Ho Ching has sold out the country to BlackRock.

Most Sinkies typically do not care about such things, they are easily content with simple material pleasures, like farm animals.
