A STOMPer says this man he saw in the bus is absolutely disgusting, putting his feet up on the seat and scratching his leg.

"This man is scratching his leg on bus 147, last midnight bus.

"Worse, he was sitting beside the exit.

"Look at how ungracious Singaporeans are!"
