Local worker replaced by a China-born man as crane operator

I got terminated from my tower crane job at Sengkang HDB N4C9 project.They replaced me with a China-born man who just passed his tower crane course. On 16th March morning , I came to work as usual and was given the termination letter just like that and stating that I can go to the office to collect my pay on the 25th April. Is this FAIR?

He was terminated for playing guitar and football during working hours
His company was right for terminating him.
